What does "research use only" mean?
Our products are supplied for laboratory research, such as in vitro studies. For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.
How do I order?
We don't sell through the website. 1) Send an enquiry using the contact form or by email. 2) We confirm availability and send a quote or invoice by email. 3) Pay by bank transfer. 4) Your order is dispatched within 2 business days from Melbourne. Shipping is $9.95, free on orders over $100.
Can I pay online?
No. We don't take payments on this website. Once we've confirmed your order by email, you pay by bank transfer using the details on your invoice.
What does "lyophilised" mean?
Lyophilised means freeze-dried. Our products are supplied and shipped as a freeze-dried powder in a sealed vial.
What information do you give for each product?
Each product page lists the vial contents, amount, form, storage conditions and price. If you need anything else, email us.
How should the vials be stored?
Follow the storage conditions printed on the vial label: 2–8°C, away from light and moisture.
Where do you send orders?
Orders are sent to addresses within Australia. See our shipping page for details.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Free shipping for orders over $100, $9.95 for orders under. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days from Melbourne. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and the courier.
What if my order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?
Email support@essentialpeptides.com.au as soon as you can, with your order details and a photo if possible. Our returns policy explains how we handle this, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Are prices in Australian dollars?
Yes. Prices are listed per vial in Australian dollars (AUD).
